Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CoreAgent.ai website, our waitlist, and — once launched — the CoreAgent AI calling agent, AI receptionist and AI customer support product (together, the “Service”). By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What CoreAgent.ai is
CoreAgent.ai is software that answers business phone calls with a natural voice, understands what the caller wants, and completes the task — booking an order or appointment, answering from your hours and policies, resolving a support request, or taking a message. It can hand a call to a person with a full summary when a human is needed.
The Service is in pre-launch. The website and waitlist are live. The full product will be offered to selected waitlist members first. Sample calls, feature lists and timelines on the site describe what we are building and may change before launch.
2. The waitlist
- Joining is free and creates no obligation on you or on us.
- A place on the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, a feature set or a price.
- We use your email as described in the Privacy Policy. You can leave at any time by emailing [email protected].
- Do not submit an email address you are not authorised to use.
3. Eligibility
The website is for people 16 or older. The paid Service, when launched, will be offered to businesses, not to consumers acting in a personal capacity. If you accept these Terms for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website or Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing or harmful;
- use the Service to make or take calls that violate telemarketing, recording-consent, consumer-protection or privacy law (including TCPA, PECR and similar rules);
- impersonate another person or business, or submit false information;
- probe, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service, its data or its infrastructure;
- scrape or republish substantial parts of the site except as allowed for search engines and AI answer engines in our robots and llms.txt files;
- resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement;
- attempt to reverse engineer the Service except where the law gives you that right and you have first asked us for interface information.
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
5. Business customer responsibilities (after launch)
Each business that deploys CoreAgent is responsible for:
- the accuracy of the hours, services, prices, stock and policies it gives the agent;
- obtaining any consent required to record, transcribe or process calls in every jurisdiction it serves;
- telling callers, where the law requires it, that they may be speaking with an AI and that the call may be recorded;
- the instructions it gives the agent — what it may book, change, refund or refuse — and the consequences of those actions for its customers;
- its own relationships with callers, including complaints, refunds and regulatory duties;
- keeping account credentials secure and deciding which staff may change configuration.
Paid use of the Service will be covered by a separate order form or subscription agreement. If those documents conflict with these website Terms, the order form wins for the paid Service.
6. How the agent works — and its limits
The Service uses speech recognition, a language model and voice synthesis. It can misunderstand an accent, an interruption or an unusual request. It will hand off or take a message when it is unsure, but it is not a substitute for a licensed professional (for example a lawyer or financial adviser) and it must not be configured to give regulated advice. CoreAgent.ai is not offered for healthcare, clinics, dental practices, pharmacies or any use that involves protected health information (PHI).
Outputs are generated automatically. You should review configuration and sample calls before going live, and review summaries afterwards. We do not warrant that any particular call will be error-free.
7. Intellectual property
The CoreAgent.ai name, logo, website design, copy, sample calls and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy them except to use the Service as intended or to refer accurately to CoreAgent.ai.
You keep ownership of the business content you upload (hours, policies, recordings you are entitled to). You grant us a licence to host and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service. Callers retain whatever rights they already have in their own speech; the deploying business is responsible for that relationship.
8. Third-party services
The website and Service may link to or rely on third parties: calendars, order systems, helpdesks, CRMs, carriers and model providers. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for them, and an outage or change on their side can affect a call.
9. Disclaimers
The website and waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular launch date, or that pre-launch descriptions will match the shipped product.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreAgent.ai and its people will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business interruption, arising from the website or waitlist, even if we were told they were possible.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the pre-launch website or waitlist will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Separate caps and service levels will apply to paid use of the Service at launch.
11. Indemnity
If you deploy the Service, you will defend and indemnify CoreAgent.ai against claims arising from: your configuration and instructions; your failure to obtain required consents; content you provide; or your breach of these Terms or applicable law — except to the extent a claim is caused by our wilful misconduct.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CoreAgent.ai is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory protections you cannot waive. If we have not yet published a registered address, disputes can be raised first by email to [email protected].
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The current version lives on this page with its date. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms. For a material change that affects a paying customer, we will give notice to the account email.
